1. What are the Mats made of ?
The Backing : 100 % Nitril-rubber and not PVC like many lower priced products. The Top Side: 100 % High-Twist Nylon (HTN); Pile Height: 8.5-9.5mm
The mat starts off as a white mat and the colours are inkjet dyed into it.
2. What sizes are available?
Not all sizes are selectable in all ranges - but we can accommodate so please email us if you have something in mind but can't find it
FYI...Popular sizes are 60x85cm Standard; 60x100cm Wider Door; 85x120cm Small Business/Large Home; 85x150cm (Popular Business Size); 115cm x 175cm Ex Large
3. Are they suitable for outside?
The mats are fine outside unless in full sun or rain. The sun will fade the mats, and if in the rain, they will hold water within the fibres, so not recommended in those situations.
4. What colours can I choose from?
- Here is the Standard Colours Swatch List. This applies to all mats in our Range, except the National Aboriginal Design Agency mats who have a slightly alternate list according to their colour selection.
- Should you require PMS colours please note there is an extra $70 per colour per production. Please email us to find out more
5. How Long will my mat take?
- Once you have approved the Final Artwork (not just placed an order) your mat usually takes 1 week in Production. We will always advise you of a shipping date from our manufacturer.
- Shipping can normally take 4 working days depending upon couriers' work loads and transportation issues.
- Once we receive your mat, we send it out to you ASAP - we love seeing our mats at their new homes (& not in our office!)
6. I need a mat sooner!
- Sure, if you are desperate for a decent doormat we do keep a small number of general design mats in stock - just ask!
- We can also expedite a Custom mat order, though there are extra fees for this. Fees depend on the size and quantity of the mats required. Please email your enquiry.
- Last Minute gift ideas: We often get this as people realise it makes a perfect gift but they haven't allowed enough time! Simply purchase the mat and we'll send you a Voucher with wording like "Your perfect gift is on it's way, but it's currently in production" or something to that effect - just email us for further information
7. Can I change my Ideas or colours AFTER my order is placed?
- yes...You will receive a Draft or a 'Layout' to check and approve before anything goes to print. At this point you can make any changes you'd like. Please communicate with our Team. We want you to have what you have in mind. Once you've approved your design we send it into production asap so you can have your product at the earliest.
8. Where in Australia are you?
- Adoremat is located in beautiful Coffs Harbour on the Coffs Coast. Eastern Coast of Australia, about half way between Brisbane & Sydney.
